Not going to be there during the pickup? No problem, just label things or send us a quick note. We’d much rather double check than take something you meant to keep.
Can We Get In?
Some commercial buildings have quirks. Maybe there’s a back gate that needs a code, a freight elevator with a schedule, or a loading dock that fills up by 10 a.m. If any of that applies, give us a heads-up.
We’re used to navigating tight access, but knowing in advance helps us bring the right crew and tools, and keeps your building manager happy.
Clear a Path (If You Can)
We’re not asking you to reorganize your entire space. But if there’s a clear line from the junk to the exit, we can move faster and avoid slowing down your day. That’s especially helpful if your business is still open or if we’re working around other trades.
Even just sliding a few boxes or unplugging cords out of the way can make a big difference.
Give Building Management a Heads-Up
In shared buildings, especially offices or shopping centers, it’s always a good idea to loop in property management. We can work with whatever rules they have, whether it’s elevator reservations, limited hours, or needing insurance on file. If you need paperwork from us, just say the word, we’ve got it ready.
Working on a Deadline? Let Us Know
If your space needs to be cleared out before a new tenant moves in, a final walkthrough, or another crew starts work, don’t wait until the last minute. We can usually work fast, but the more notice we get, the better we can plan for your timeline.
